Stance Men's Staple Underwear - Soft Breathable Cotton Boxer Briefs for Everyday Comfort - Perfect for Workout, Lounge & Daily Wear

Overall a good boxer brief. I decided to try a few new pairs out. I purchased this brand and the 2undr brand (Swing Shift Long Leg) for comparison purposes. I don't mind spending more on boxer briefs for quality that lasts. I bought the STANCE and 2undr brand specifically for that and for the numerous reviews stating they would not ride. The 2undr brand is much better IMO (same quality, no ride). Specifics on STANCE below:The Funny: - It comes with a ruler. Really? I can only imagine what this is for...LOLThe Good:- Soft Material- True to color- Will not fade- Good quality- True to size- Keep the boys coolThe Bad:- Ridiculously long tag (you'll see)- A little expensiveThe Ugly:- They ride up in the legs (despite reviews stating otherwise)I was suggested Stance Butterblend a year ago by a local resident while at the Gulf. After swimming in the salty, sandy water for two days, the waistband and swim underwear leg seams had cut me up. Not only are these the softest underwear I've owned, they are incredible for swimming, especially in the ocean or in water with a lot of sediment. And unlike regular underwear, which gets heavy and saturated in the water, Stance doesn't hold water in the fabric and is more comfortable that that mesh swim underwear in suits. My suggestion is wear these every day and ditch your swim suit for some Butterblend and board shorts.First impression, these briefs were extremely comfortable and hugged the nuggets nicely. Second impression, these are roughly $30 dollars for ONE individual boxer brief. To add to that, they're manufactured in Cambodia and not the USA, so I feel a little taken advantage of when I remember how much I paid for one of these. And how long are they gonna hold up against the washer and dryer? I have a 34-35 waist, and ordered a size large. Unfortunately these rode up my legs and didn't live up to the other reviews I read and the expensive price tag. Note that I am also taller than most, so that may have been a contributing factor to this. I'm 6'4", so maybe someone of an average height wouldn't have this issue as it would cover more area of the thigh.I have some older Under Armour boxer briefs (the M series) that are unfortunately discontinued, but much more comfortable. Tommy John Second Skin and Cool Cotton boxer briefs are also much more comfortable than the Stance boxer briefs I tried.My fiance loves these stance boxer briefs and will only wear the butterblend kind, they are super super soft which is why he loves them, but I'm giving them 3 stars as they start to fade quickly after several washes and they start pilling. For the amount you pay for each brief I expect them to last a little bit longer, but Stance has fun patters so I'll probably continue to buy them for him until he finds another brand that he loves.Tried dozens of designer boxers from topman to ck and nothing comes close to the soft, light, breathable luxury that emanates from these; really, it's like a cloud is hugging you. How do i know? I'm writing the review while wearing them.I smile every time they come out of the dryer knowing i get to wear them again soon.Gifted multiple for Christmas.These are the best underwear I've ever had! I love the fabric - light, flexible, doesn't feel like you're wearing anything. I love the fit - seam around the curve of your butt, tight but not so tight you know you've got underwear on, and great pouch - room for the boys but not compression.
